1. What We Provide

   SeekList delivers verified B2B contact lists based on your targeting criteria. When you place an order:

   • Each contact includes verified work email, LinkedIn profile, and basic details
   • Optional add-ons provide phone numbers and enhanced role precision
   • You'll receive your list via secure download link within the stated turnaround time

2. Quality Guarantee

   We stand behind our data quality:

   • 95%+ email deliverability guarantee on all lists
   • If your bounce rate exceeds 5% within 30 days, we'll replace invalid contacts or issue credits
   • To qualify, you must test the full list within 30 days of delivery

3. Your Responsibilities

   When you use our service, you agree to:

   • Use contacts only for legitimate business purposes
   • Comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
   • Include proper opt-out mechanisms in your communications
   • Honor unsubscribe requests promptly
   • Not resell, redistribute, or share the contact lists with third parties

4. Payment and Refunds

   Our payment terms are straightforward:

   • Payment is required upfront before list compilation begins
   • We accept major credit cards and payment processors
   • Refunds are available if quality standards aren't met (see Quality Guarantee)
   • For large orders, custom payment terms may be arranged

5. Data Retention

   Your delivered lists are stored securely for 7 days after delivery to allow download access. After 7 days, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. You can request early deletion at any time.

6. Limitations

   While we strive for excellence, please understand:

   • Contact data changes over time (job changes, company moves, etc.)
   • We can't guarantee specific response rates to your outreach
   • Some targeting combinations may yield fewer contacts than expected
   • We're not liable for how you use the data or the results of your campaigns

7. Prohibited Uses

   You may not use our service for:

   • Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
   • Harassment or malicious purposes
   • Illegal activities or fraud
   • Reselling or redistributing contact lists
   • Any activity that violates privacy or data protection laws

8. Changes to Terms

   We may update these terms occasionally. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through our website. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
